At North American Urns and Memorials we make it easy for funeral businesses to buy cremation urns and memorial products for their customers at wholesale prices. We know how important great customer service is. At North American Urns and Memorials, you will be responded to in a timely manner by a human. We will go the distance to help you get what you need and if something urgent comes up we will be there to take care of it to your satisfaction. 

Order Turnaround Time
Except for weekends, all orders that come in before 4:00PM Pacific Time begin getting processed that day. Processing, picking and packing the orders can take a minimum 2-3 business days depending on the volume you've ordered and whether there are items to be engraved. Engraving always adds on another business 1-2 days in timing.

Urgent Orders
If an order is urgent, meaning faster than our normal 2-3 business day turnaround time, we of course will try to expedite it, but we cannot guarantee it. Urgent orders will be charged additional shipping and handling fees if we are able to get them out to meet your need date. 

If your order is urgent but can absorb the 2-3 day turnaround, then it is best to choose an expedited shipping option on checkout. For instance, if you have a need date of one week, it is best to choose an expedited option such as 2 day or 1 day shipping to ensure the package arrival to your customer on time. Always check on whether there is a holiday schedule as well as holidays can cause delays of as much as 2 days extra.

It's a good idea to let us know in the order notes (found during the checkout process) that the package is on a deadline. We can make sure there are no other delays in processing.

We have our own in-house personalization department offering expert engraving on most products. The items that cannot be engraved have options for an engravable pendant or base. Every engravable item in our warehouse has been tested and verified for engravablity, methodology and tools.

  • All payments are done by credit card, no checks are accepted. This allows us to offer the best pricing and personalized customer service.

Although we will take all steps to inform our customers before pricing changes take place please be advised that prices and/or specifications can change without notice. 

Shipping is extra. We have long term contracts with the large carriers and offer you the best pricing we have access to. Under normal circumstance many orders are shipped out within 2-3 days. When your order ships you will get an email notification including the tracking number.

All merchandise is inspected and approved before pickup by freight carrier. Should merchandise arrive in a damaged condition immediately take photos and contact us. Retain damaged item along with original shipping carton. We will work out with you whether to send the items back or discard them. We will either replace the item at no additional charge or refund you. Any claim must be made within 15 days from receipt of merchandise.
