Order Processing Times

  • Orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time begin processing the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST begin processing the next business day
  • Standard fulfillment time up to 3 business days
  • Engraved items require an additional 1–2 business days for fulfillment
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day (Example: An order placed Monday at 4:00 PM CST will begin processing Tuesday")

Urgent Orders

We understand that some situations require faster delivery:

  • Requests for processing faster than our standard 2-3 business days may incur additional shipping and handling fees
  • While we will attempt to expedite urgent orders, we cannot guarantee faster processing
  • For time-sensitive orders that can accommodate standard processing, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout
  • Please note urgent needs in the order notes during checkout
  • Holiday schedules may cause additional delays of up to 2 days

Claims and Damage Procedure

If merchandise arrives damaged:

  2. Contact us promptly
  3. Retain damaged items and original shipping carton
  4. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt
  5. We will arrange for return or disposal of damaged items
  6. Items will be replaced at no additional charge or refunded
